Our Corporate Team Building programs are immersive experiences that blend survival, strategy, and collaboration, designed to strengthen trust, communication, and leadership within teams.
Away from the office, participants are guided to step outside their comfort zones and rediscover the power of unity through practical field challenges — building shelters, starting fires, navigating terrain, and solving problems under pressure.
Programs are fully customizable in duration, intensity, and focus, and can take place in breathtaking natural settings such as Serra de Sintra, Serra da Arrábida, or other wilderness areas across Portugal.
Goal: Strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and build resilience through authentic survival experiences.
